A SELICA SHV-800 vertical machining center has completed its factory preparation and is ready for delivery to our customer. For this shipment, the machine was packed in a custom-built steel crate. The reinforced enclosure provides additional protection against external impact and changing transport conditions while the machine is in transit.

Packaging requirements can vary depending on the machine size, destination, transportation method and customer request. Before packing, the machine is inspected, cleaned and prepared for shipment. Movable sections are secured, exposed metal surfaces are protected and the machine is fixed inside the crate to reduce movement during transportation.

The photos show the completed steel crate being loaded at our facility. This custom packaging was prepared specifically for this delivery. SELICA can review suitable packaging and transportation arrangements according to the machine and shipping destination.
